BEFORE USE

Please be sure to wash your nonstick knife with a washing liquid and a sponge (do not use the metallic or hard side of the sponge) before using it for the first time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE

It is not recommended to wash nonstick knives with a dishwasher. Please wash it with your hands with lukewarm water, a soft sponge and washing liquid. Rinse and dry well before storing in a cutlery tray or knife block.

SHARPENING

Sharpening steels can be used to sharpen when necessary. Be careful not to damage the coating!

Do not use electric knife sharpeners and ridges that could damage the coating!

TO AVOID

Do not wash in the dishwasher

Do not drop the knife on hard surfaces such as floors, sinks, cutlery, etc. Do not touch the marble facing knife on fire.
