unlike cast ground (Expensive) squares WeldTrue Squares are manufactured as self-build kits giving you accurate low cost tooling.

• Manufactured from 6mm S275 HRPO Mild Steel (Superior)
• All parts highly accurate CNC Laser cut.
• 16mm securing hole 25mm apart on centres to work with all 16mm tooling and tables
• Precision tooling when constructed correctly
• Can be used and secured both vertical or Horizontal
• Laser cut with a guaranteed tolerance of +/-0.1m

Self-Assembly (flat packed/Self-Weld)

All of our tables and tooling can we assembled without a clamp insight! With only threaded bar, nuts + washers meaning our tables can be constructed by someone at any skill level!

If you haven’t got the time in the day to self-assembly your product Mac Industries offer a Ready Made service where you have received you product ready to go out of the box or pallet! We will deburr, Weld, quality check an despatch as quick as we can.
